THEFT IN TEAN HALL MILLS AREA TEAN

We are currently looking into theft of a motorbike and scooter which occurred in the early hours of today at approx. 0200 hrs, both were stored in a brick storage shed in Tean Hall Mills in Tean just off Halls Yard.

We think the person/s responsible have come from Halls Yard end and have then gone down past Riverside Crescent and onto the footpath at the side of the river before making their way along towards the footbridge over the road at the side of Riverside Road. Parts of the scooter were discovered on the grassed area at the side of the footbridge but there was no sign of the scooter itself, the motorbike was then left at the same location and eventually recovered.
